Callin' All Tiki Nerds!!!

ok kids so the Hukilau just made a few major announcements for their line-up next year. They will be having Don Tiki straight from the Hawaiian Islands and I am very excited to say "SHAG". Mr. Scott Agle will be coming of to the east coast for the Hukilau. I am very excited...

I am also stoked they will be having a tiki bowling tournament which me and a few friends are going to start prepping for.

I will be doing the flyer art as well as the website for 2010. I just finished the teaser postcard. Take a look..... & mark your calendars it will be a rockin' good time as always. A Hukilau: is a traditional Hawaiian festival held in the fishing villages of old. A large net is cast into the sea then the villagers herd the fish and slowly pull the net to the shore. The feast that follows is meant to emphasize the spirit of family and community, or 'ohana. The mainland Hukilau is a net thrown out to the entire world, bringing the lovers of "Polynesian Pop" or "Tiki" culture together for our own special celebration.
